To submit an app you'll need to create a new forum account. Accounts require email authentication before they're created and an officer to approve the account before you'll be able to post. Feel free to tag me, Myaa, Deodan, or Adrine in game by chat or mail to get your account approved.

In-game I'm apt to be on my paladin, Gradar, or my shaman, Gradeyr, almost any evening after 7 server guaranteed.  If you want to talk on Vent, I would rather be contacted in-game to hand out that info than post it on a public forum.
