Many thanks to Warden's Reprise for taking four of us from Ævolution with you last night (June 30). It was an honor and a pleasure to experience the last three bosses of Black Temple with you. You all were most gracious and it was a joy to raid with you.
I have written a post on our website with a brief perspective from my point of view: http://www.aevolutiononline.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?21978.0
I don't know if you will need to create an account on our website to view it. (I know a few of you already have, and we are very happy to have you there!)
Thank you again, Warden's Reprise!
I'm glad that people had fun, more than anything.
I wish more useful t6 tokens for Aevolution would have dropped. :( Maybe next time, they'll all be Aevo-useful.
Sorry the fight itself with Illidan is such. . . a let down. Yet, glad the experience itself was epic. :)
Also, congrats on RoS again, and hopefully soon more!
The hardest part of Illidan is phase 2. Our tanks have had a lot of practice and made it look easy, but it's tricky and can take a little getting used to. One misstep and the raid wipes. Other than that, I think your post was probably very accurate. If you guys have the SR you need already then I think your progress will be swift.

That doesn't sound like WR at all!
Ævo-useful - I like that. :D
I apologize if I left the wrong impression. The Illidan fight is most definitely epic! And by saying "...easier than Nefarian...." I certainly did not intend to make it sound easy. I simply meant that raiders who had beaten Nefarian pre-BC should be able to quickly adapt to kill Illidan.
I think Kalecgos is still several weeks away, but given time, we'll get there. :)
It was great meeting you, Aislinana, as well as the other WR mages. I'll send you a "hello" from time to time.
And don't worry, Foo. Warden's Reprise is quite the wild and crazy bunch of raiders, often having fun at the expense of others. ;) (But isn't all humor based off of someone's misfortune?) However, when it came to welcoming us, helping us learn the fights, and making us feel at home in the raid, they were most gracious and it truly was a joy to be there.
Oh, no, I didn't think you gave the wrong impression. It's just a personal opinion that the Illidan fight is... well, kinda' meh' after so much build-up, so much lore. Kael's fight is *perfect* and very awesome, wheras Illidan's often feels, well, dull and overly rehersed. Somehow if there was a way to make Illidan's fight as epic as Kael's, I'd be a much happier nerd. It kind of sucks that his most challenging phase is the second one, with the elementals. :p
I only hope Arthas gets a badass treatment.
